Chuo Kikuu cha Taifa Zanzibar SUZA Watiliana Saini na Chuo Kikuu cha Egypt

 SUZA signs cooperation  agreement with Alexandria University of Egypt in a ceremony that was attended by HE Ambasador of Tanzania in Egypt and HE Minister of Education and Scientific Research of Egypt during Global Forum on Higher Education and Scientific Research that took place in Cairo 4-6, April. Others who witnessed the singing include Vice Chancellor University of Dar-es-Salam, Vice Presidents of Alexandria University and Officers from the Tanzanian Embassy in Egypt.

The MOU aims at  exchanging staff and building joint  research cooperation with one of the oldest universities in Egypt to respond to government’s efforts to build and strengthen SUZA’s capacity to achieve its strategic goals. Our focus areas will be agriculture, health, tourism, environmental sciences among other agreed  areas of collaboration.

We are very excited for achieving  this milestone, and we are looking forward to a fruitful and sustainable partnership.
