Official Launch
The Swahili Performing Arts Center is Zanzibar’s newly founded cultural, not-for-profit organization that was registered in June 2011. For the start of its operations, the Swahili Performing Arts Center is partnering with the Royal Norwegian Embassy to present a 2-month music, theater and Ngoma extravaganza titled 100% Zanzibari: A celebration of reconciliation and national unity.
